General Information
Regular Meetings:
The Bandon City Council meets on the first Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Bandon City Hall, 555 Highway 101, Bandon, Oregon.
Accomodations:
Council Chamber is accessible to the disabled. Enhanced listening devices are available. For special services contact City Hall (347-2437, extension 227, Voice; or 1-800-855-1155 TT Users) or e-mail the City Recorder (recorder(at)ci.bandon.or.us) 48 hours in advance.
Consent Agenda:
All matters listed within the Consent Agenda have been distributed to each member of the Bandon City Council for reading and study, are considered to be routine, and will be enacted by one motion of the Council with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired, the item may be removed from the Consent Agenda by a Councilor or staff, and placed on the Regular Agenda by request.
Public Comments:
All public comment is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes per person. If material is brought to the meeting for distribution - please supply 14 copies.
There is also opportunity for citizens to speak on general municipal issues not on the agenda.
Public Requests:
Persons desiring to introduce an item for Council discussion must submit the issue in writing no later than the Tuesday prior to the meeting, and must provide staff with sufficient specific information about the issue to allow staff to research and make recommendations so that the Council may take appropriate action.
